AFTG SH2/2E Smoke Electric House is equipment providing heat treatment of meat and fish products and can dry, cook or bake your ham, sausage, bacon, chicken, or fish.
The products can be put on grills or hanged on smoke sticks.
PLC controls the smoke electric oven with two kinds of running mode, manual or automatic.
Temperature and time can be set according to the user’s requirement.
The smoke generator integrates with the machine.
The structure of the electric smoke oven is made of stainless steel SUS304.

Every trolley space as one unit. Every unit has consisted of a baseplate, sidewall plate, roof plate, cyclic wind system, heat exchanger, septum, wind port, air fence, etc. The base plate is made of welded cold-roll steel sheets, with 33.5mm thickness.
The Air circulation system consists of double speed motor, motor flange plate, and an impeller. The static and dynamic equilibrium adjustment capacity of the impeller is under 3g, which effectively decreases the noise and shake when fan motor working and lengthens the motor's service life.
Every trolley is an independent cyclic wind system. The baseplate, sidewall plate, septum, and roof plate constitute a wind cyclic system gallery and wind pressure room.
