The AFTG-SCK500 Cooking Kettle cooks by conduction. Heat passes directly from the wall of the kettle into the food. The cooking temperature of the kettle is 212-300°F (100-150°C). It depends on the steam pressure.
The equipment is specially designed to meet the needs of food processing or large commercial kitchens. This stainless-steel steam jacket kettle is equipped with an efficient heating system and a variable speed stirring system. Quickly heat and stir large amounts of soups, stews, or sauces to achieve a smooth consistency. It can also be equipped with a faucet, which is convenient for adding water and cleaning the pot.
The bowl tilting method is the hydraulic system. The pot is composed of inner and outer spherical bladder bodies. The steam jacket kettle has the characteristics of a large heating area, high thermal efficiency, uniform heating, and is equipped with a wireless heating temperature controller.
